The SL-90 DC is a DC-powered automatic slide gate opener with a newly designed foot pedal release and a larger gearbox. It is compact but can still handle gates of up to 1,600 lbs. and 50 feet long. DC openers have advanced control boards with programmable relays, gate delay, start/stop, and solar power compatibility. An included battery backup includes two weeks of uninterrupted operation if a power outage occurs. Brushless DC motors are smooth and quiet but powerful enough to handle heavy gates. Zero maintenance is required for this gate opener.
