The OH-200 DC overhead gate opener is UL 325 compliant with 2018 standards and is the only commercial overhead gate opener with an integrated long-term battery backup. It comes with a brushless DC motor, a built-in loop rack, a slow start/stops algorithm, a heavy-duty frame, and parts that will last the lifetime of the gate opener. Unlike other overhead gate openers, if a power failure occurs, the OH-200 DC instantly switches from AC power to a backup mode and can run off the included (2) 8 Ah batteries. This overhead gate opener is ideal for apartment buildings and large underground parking structures. DC openers have advanced control boards with programmable relays, gate delay, start/stop, and solar power compatibility. An included battery backup includes two weeks of uninterrupted operation if a power outage occurs. Brushless DC motors are smooth and quiet but powerful enough to handle heavy gates. Zero maintenance is required for this gate opener.
